Graduation in Australia

The APM graduation was held on the 14th of March 2008 to celebrate the achievements of the class of 2007.

The evening was a formal ceremony, held at the Hilton Sydney with over 500 people in attendance including industry partners, family and friends. Industry achievement awards were presented on the night, as well as the award for Dux.

The Academic Director of the Think Education Group, Dr George Brown, was
the master of ceremonies and Prof. Sharon Moore, Head of APM College,
addressed and congratulated the students on their achievements.

Our special guest for the evening was Prof. Mark Israel, Associate Head of
Faculty of Education, Humanities, Theology and Law at Flinders University.
Prof. Israel has previously won the Prime Minister's Award for Australian
University Teacher of the Year, and he gave an inspiring speech about what
lies ahead for the students and what they can expect from this transition
period.
